* Action to protect jobs and to build a new green economy to lead Britain out of recession
* Cutting taxes to give low and middle income earners the help they need now
* Help to cut heating bills for pensioners and most vulnerable
* Action to stop banks rushing to repossess homes
* More competition and less monopoly in Britain’s banking sector
* More effective regulation and an end to ‘light touch’ and ‘self-regulation’ !
* And end to privileged exemptions from commercial laws for the banking sector
* An end to the use of tax havens to hide money and avoid taxes
* No more multi million £ bonuses for failed bank executives
* A clearer role for the good ol’ Bank of England !
