After 13 years of a Labour Government, this country is in a sorry state. A financial collapse due to lax regulation and ignoring warnings, two unnecessary wars, increasing child poverty, knife crime on the streets, and mass unemployment, these all affect the whole nation.

There is, sadly something even more worrying. It is a government bureaucracy out of control – thousands and thousands of civil servants and appointees earning more than £100,000 per year for cushy spin-orientated jobs; exaggerated job-producing regulations; local authorities using terror laws to snoop on the public; over £10bn wasted on ‘control freak’ IT projects, and several defence overspends well over £1bn each.

We have hospitals that exhibit cruelty to vulnerable patients for years, with legitimate public protests arrogantly dismissed, and local Labour MPs siding with the wrongdoers not the public. New ID cards will mean we have to justify ourselves to government, not the other way around.
